I've heard of people mixing their senses... smells have a taste, colors have a smell, etc. There's actually a name for it which, of course, I can't remember anymore. Stands to reason that your senses would be co-mingled.

Danny doesn't like to be *forced* to touch strange things, well, anything actually. You just have to wait for him to grow curious enough to do it himself. ;-)Imstellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11033409573465448486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8261858650509349793.post-72513857282018350712008-12-22T20:36:00.000-08:002008-12-22T20:36:00.000-08:00Wow! Dang.

I find it interesting that blind kids have good memories for sounds. I am hearing impared but not totally deaf. I can remember the most minute visual details of things that I have seen. My memory for details is even better if I can touch and see.

I know this sounds crazy, but I cannot smell things if there is a lot of noise. My mom used to tell me that my brain was working so hard to make my ears hear things that it had to use some of the cells that usually go to my nose. No noise, I can smell things just fine.

InterestingAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
